Quick summary

What is the App’s role?

The App is a digital submission platform. We do not issue loans, evaluate creditworthiness, set APRs, or decide approvals. We collect your request and securely forward it to one or more independent third-party lenders or financial service providers. This Policy covers information collected through the App and related support and operational communications; it does not cover third parties, including lenders, which have their own privacy notices.

Do you sell my information? We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Sending your request to a lender is done at your direction. Some state laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly; if any of our disclosures falls within such a definition, we will honor your opt-out request as the law requires, and we respect opt-out preference signals where the law obliges us to.

What about cookies and SDKs?

The App may use SDKs, device identifiers, local storage, log files, pixels, and similar tools to make features work, remember settings, measure performance and attribution, prevent fraud, and keep things stable. Some third-party tools that support these functions may collect technical information as well. We use permission and consent flows where the law or platform rules require them, and you can manage many permissions and tracking settings in your device’s settings. Some features may not work if you turn certain permissions off.

How long do we keep information?

Only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above—operating the App, processing your request, security, legal and regulatory compliance, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Periods differ by data type, purpose, and legal requirement. When data is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or anonymize it under our internal practices and applicable law.

How do we protect it?

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, which may include encryption in transit, access limits, system monitoring, and vendor oversight suited to the sensitivity of the data. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

What are my choices and rights?

Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; ask how it is used and disclosed; withdraw consent where processing relies on it; request limits on certain processing; opt out of sale or sharing; and appeal a decision on your request. You will not be treated unlawfully differently for using these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below or any request tool in the App. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may deny or limit a request where the law allows. If you use an authorized agent, we may ask for proof of authority.

Sensitive data we may handle includes Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, and financial account details; we use them only as needed to provide the service you request and as the law permits.

Deleting an account. Where the App has accounts, you can request closure and deletion through the App or by contacting us. Deletion may not be immediate, and some records may have to be kept for legal, tax, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute purposes.
